Automatic control of motors through Simocode pro, and its effect on the performance of the process of filling and dispensing of chemical inputs

This article aims to describe the design of an automatic control system for automated management motor drives through Simocode pro; and determine effect from quantitative point view on performance filling dispatch process chemical inputs perspective time amount input spilled in tank stage. For this, programming programmable logic controller was carried out using simatic step 7 software, then distributed (DCS Siemens S410) programmed, PCS7 V8.1 where simocode pro integration is profibus protocol, which monitored human-machine interface (HMI) interface. Once implemented, it possible reduce operating 60 minutes average 35 minutes, reflects improvement 41.66%; this turn generates increase number by 62.84%. Likewise, stage; represents 88.60%.
